WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED
Data processing connected to web services on this site is carried out at Acciai Vender S.p.A. only by employees, collaborators or those tasked with data processing, or any person tasked with occasional maintenance.
No data deriving from the web service is divulged or published.
Personal data supplied by users who request information material is only used for the purposes of the services requested and are communicated to third parties only where specifically required (see chapter "optional transfer of data").
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Information systems and software procedures specific for the functioning of this web site acquire certain personal details (so-called log files) during their normal execution, whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to addresses given on this site leads to the subsequent acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary to answer the request, as well as to any other personal data included in the message.

OPTIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA

Legislative Decree No. 196/2003: Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested party shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data which concerns him/her, even if not yet registered, and for this data to be communicated to him/her in a comprehensible format.
2. The interested party shall have the right to obtain information relation to:
the origin of the personal data;
the purpose and method of the processing;
the software used if the processing is carried out using electronic tools;
the identity of the data controller, the persons responsible for data processing and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who could gain knowledge thereof in their capacity as designated representative in the country, persons responsible for or designated to data processing.
3. The interested party shall have the right to:
update, correct or, if necessary, add to the data:
cancel, transform to anonymous format or block data which is processed in violation of the Law including data which is not required to be kept for the specific purpose for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
confirmation that the operations outlines under a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or diffused, except in cases where this is impossible or requires disproportionate measures compared to the protected right.
4. The interested party shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, to:
for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data which concerns him/her, even where pertinent to the purpose for which they were collected, to the processing of personal data which concerns him/her for the purpose of sending out advertising material, direct sales material, market research or commercial communications.
